Not my recipe, but something I read on the box that many of you may overlook!!
Ingredients: 1 Belmont Frozen Apple Pie, 1 Egg or 2 tbs. egg substitute, 1 tbs. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon.
Directions: Remove the frozen pie from the box. Wisk 1 egg or use the egg substitute and brush it over the uncooked pie. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon evenly across the pie. Your pie will come out extra sweet and the top of the crust will come out with a better texture. Yum, yum! Gives you 8 medium slices, or 6 big ones. We like to partner this pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
